Bill Pay-Managing Accounts

To all our bill pay users, if you need to manage your payments you can use the following guide to assist you.

New Card Activation

If you are calling for your balance only, please try logging into your online account or by calling our italk/audio response phone # 855-201-6849

Activating cards: You may activate your debit card by calling 855-201-6849 option 5. Please have your debit card number and member number. You may also activate your card via the online banking account.


New System- Change effective 8/2/2021

Bourns EFCU is pleased to announce that we will be undergoing a system change that will offer our members a better user experience. 

Debit Cards: We have been made aware that some cards were NOT working the whole weekend. We have identified some cards numbers and are processing a solution. Please bear with us, we should have them up and fully working tomorrow morning. 

Online banking: You may log into your account by clicking here. You may now download the app on both Android and Apple stores. The app name is My BEFCU. If your log on ID does not start with a number or has a symbol in your log on ID then you can continue to use your current log on ID. Your TEMPORARY PASSWORD is BEFCU in all caps plus the last SIX of your SSN. If your log on ID starts with a number or has a symbol in the logon ID, you will be prompted to re-enroll.

iTalk/ Audio Response: You can have access to your account by calling 1-855-201-6849 Member Action: No action is needed, your pin will be converted. However, if your pin starts with a zero, you will be prompted to reset your pin.

Bill Pay: We will be converting your payees and recurring auto payments. It will be a seamless conversion for bill pay. Any scheduled payments during that week will be processed. You will have access to bill pay on the new system via online banking or mobile app. Member Action: Re-enroll into e-bill, this is the only re-enrollment needed.

Mortgage or Credit Card Payments: . You will be able to make one-time payments or schedule recurring payments from your BEFCU accounts via your online banking to your mortgage or credit card (new feature.) Member Action: None, log on or enroll into online banking our download our new mobile app, My BEFCU

Branch lobby hours Effective April 1, 2020

Riverside and Victor Valley offices will be open from 10 am to 4 pm.

  • Phone hours will change

    Beginning April 1, Phone hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm.

  • Colton Branch

    The office will close temporarily; the office will re-open when this outbreak is resolved. Members who use the Colton Branch can use the Riverside office (it is just 10 minutes away).


Shared branch services- Temporarily Unavailable!

In order to practice Social Distancing and protecting our members and staff, we will not service Shared Branch members at this time.

We do apologize for the inconvenience and encourage all members to use ATMs. Please practice safe cleaning measures when using/accessing public resources.
