Branch closed August 2, 2021

We will be closed Monday August 2, 2021 for our system upgrade. Please read below for full details.  

New System- Change effective 8/2/2021

Bourns EFCU is pleased to announce that we will be undergoing a system change that will offer our members a better user experience. 

We will be offering a new mobile app, more options for audio response, new online banking site, a new and more modern website, and so much more. Please check back here for more information. We will update weekly as we have more information. 

Debit Cards: We will be converting the weekend of July 30. July 30 at 3pm- Monday August 2 til noon, you may encounter transaction errors. Balances at ATMs may not be accurate. Do not rely on those balances. Member Action: Please carry cash or have an extra card available in case you encounter any issues. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Online banking: Online banking will be switching from Virtual Branch to Banno. Banno will also offer a mobile app that can be downloaded on Apple and Google stores. We are doing our best to convert all logon IDs. However, the new system does not allow logon IDs to begin with a number or have a symbol. Member Action: If your log on starts with a number or has a symbol in the logon ID, you can change your logon ID on the Self-Service tab now or on August 1 when we convert you will be prompted to re-enroll.History will not be converted to online banking, we suggest that you download your current statements for history. You will be able to request statements from us but they will look different than the pdf available online. 

iTalk/ Audio Response: Our audio response phone number will stay the same. The name will be changing from Teletalk Audio Response to iTalk. It will offer more options such as scheduling future one-time and recurring transfers, it will allow for debit card activation, cross member transfers. and more.  Member Action: No action is needed, your pin will be converted. However, if your pin starts with a zero, you will be prompted to reset your pin.

Bill Pay: We will be converting your payees and recurring auto payments. It will be a seamless conversion for bill pay, however, on July 26 at 6 am pst the current bill pay system will be deactivated. Any scheduled payments during that week will be processed. You will have access to bill pay on the new system via online banking, Banno. Member Action: If you need to pay bills that week, please make your payments before the deactivation.

E-Status (mortgage online banking) and Ez Card (credit card online banking): These two sites will be functioning as normal. No changes. You will be able to make one-time payments or schedule recurring payments via your online banking to your mortgage or credit card (new feature.) Member Action: none

Shared Branch Access: There will be no Shared Branch access from 07/30 at 3PM pst until 08/02 approximately at noon pst.

Branch lobby hours Effective April 1, 2020

Riverside and Victor Valley offices will be open from 10 am to 4 pm.

  • Phone hours will change

    Beginning April 1, Phone hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm.

  • Colton Branch

    The office will close temporarily; the office will re-open when this outbreak is resolved. Members who use the Colton Branch can use the Riverside office (it is just 10 minutes away).

Shared branch services- Temporarily Unavailable!

In order to practice Social Distancing and protecting our members and staff, we will not service Shared Branch members at this time.

We do apologize for the inconvenience and encourage all members to use ATMs. Please practice safe cleaning measures when using/accessing public resources.
